Thanks Dinkus and John! I was most concerned about what type of mic to use on the bottom of the cocktail drum. My question is answered. I'll probably go with a Sennheiser E602 on the bass and a E604 for the snare. Seem like great mics and I can get a deal. Thanks again guys!

Mic placement/types for live setup

Hi everybody...well I'm not a cocktail drum owner yet! Thanks Yamaha, I don't mind waiting 6 months + for a Club Jordan. I do need to get mics w/ the cocktail set up in mind. Will be for clubs mainly. What are people using, where are you putting the mics? My big question is do you use a bass mic on ...

All right...It seems the majority of people use either the DW Sidekick, a pedal from Phattie (world max I think) or invert a favorite of their own. So, how do you invert an existing pedal?
