Re: My Gretsch Brooklyn kit
That's a really nice looking kit, well finished and classy. Perhaps you bass drum disappointment stems for the 14" diameter, but you should still get a decent thump out of that with the right heads. I've been impressed with the performance of a couple of Aquarian heads - especially the Aquarian...

TAMA launches cocktail kit

Trixon review
Anyone thinking of getting a Trixon kit, check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZBr6onTZDU
Not much of a review really - more of a demo.
I was pleasantly surprised by the kit, but I think he must have spent a bit of time tuning.

Billy Blast Happy Hour
I ordered this Billy Blast Happy Hour in White Gloss, but got an opportunity to trial Bum Wraps products for a review in digitalDrummer. The wrap is sturdy and easy to install - and it's totally removable if you ever want to revert to the original finish. The design is my own custom graphic based on...

Electronic cocktail kit
HI there. This is my first post and I thought I would share an interesting cocktail kit diversion. In a recent edition, we featured some custom electronic kits by Diamond Electronic Drums in the UK. One of them was a converted cocktail kit where Diamond rewrapped and inserted electronic triggers in ...
