Here's a cocktail kit from jamminsams site. Where can you find the cymbal arm like this? The arm holding the crash/ride cymbal. Kind of like a z shape but with a angle to it. Been searchin everywhere with no luck.

Re: What can you tell me about this kit in the gallery?
Yea, I'm thinkin' the cocktail drum is a 18"x14". I'm probably gonna go with a 20"x14" drum because I don't really need the 24" height. I think I'm set on just mounting the snare on a separate concert stand cause I'm goin with a 14" snare. I will just have a couple cymb...

What can you tell me about this kit in the gallery?
Ran across this kit looking through the gallery. It seems we discussed it awhile back maybe? But what size drums are these? Cocktail and snare. Also, how is the snare mounted? Is this something rigged or a actual product that can be purchased?
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Cases for cocktail drums?
Thanks for the fast reply. So if I went with a 14" drum the 16" case should be good. I don't think I seen a 18" case through musiciansfriend but they have a 19". I'm really considering the 14" drum option since this is gonna be for light playing, brushes. And the only expens...

Cases for cocktail drums?
Well I have been bittin by the bug again and starting a new project. Thought about just building a 14" cocktail drum since I already have a orphaned 14" floor tom I could use all the hardware from. But I might just do a 16". Been browsin' ebay and have seen a few 16x20 and 14x20 shell...

Re: Real Gone?
Hi, haven't been on here in awhile. Thanks for the info.
That's a shame about Real Gone. I love hearin' her sing on here. Wish there was a way to find out if she is in a new band?

UPDATE... I guess the stand up playing just took a few days to get used too. I'm not cramping up like I was and feel a lot better now playin'. I guess it's like when you lift weights for the first time, you get pretty sore, but after a week of workin' out, the soreness goes away. The next problem I ...
