I bought two remote hihat units because while I was waiting for the pearl to arrive I found a really great deal on a DW. I have tried them both and the work great, but the DW's pipe length is better for my setup so I'd like to sell the pearl.
$150 plus shipping, to the USA that will surely be less than $20. It's used and in good shape. It comes with the various cams so you can adjust the feel, and it has an 8 foot cable. The pearl works differently than others I've seen-- it has a cam shaft between the cable and the pedal which gives it a really tight response. Another nice thing is that the top end pipe is quite short, so it takes up very little room. I needed a longer pipe to mount it to my floor tom leg, but other configs may be better off with the shorter pearl setup.
