Very interesting Rogers set for sale
There is currently a Rogers drum set for sale, it looks like a Cozy Cole set but it has the Rogers Parklane astoria style floor tom and all the proper fittings that convert the set to a cocktail set. Item # is 320325830665, there is only about 45 mins left to the bidding (currently 2:00 PM pacific time) and the bidding is only in the high 700's. Black diamond Pearl finish. This seems like a VERY reasonable price. I didn't read through the complete description so don't know all details of the kit, how it got that way, etc. I am sooo broke right know can't even think of bidding but would be nice to see a complete rundown of kit if someone here gets it.!

That is a very sweet set! Not common at all. I'm not sure if I have ever seen a set for sale that has the complete Cocktail conversion with pedal included.
This looks like it might be the Rogers "Showcase" kit with a missing 12" tom. Look in the catalog section of the Lounge. Rogers 1951 Pg. 6
Looks like the high bid was only a bit higher than the original price!
