Bought my first cocktail drum on E-bay, the seller said it was new and it has bad dents on both heads and the foot petal was broken in half sent a e-mail to seller but no reply , new toy but cant play with it ,where can I find parts for these kinds of drums?

Are you sure that the foot pedal is broken?

Some pedals come apart into two pieces and have to be assembled.

Look in the cocktail discussion area. There are many posts about modifying pedals to use on a cocktail drum.

Unless the dents are really bad, dents should not make the drum unplayable...

If you are really careful, you can use a hair dryer close to the head and the dent will come out for the most part, but be careful not to get the head too hot.
