the Brian Setzer Orchestra

I took a trip to washington DC to go see the Brian Setzer Orchestra. For a good half hour of the show Bernie Dresel was playing a cocktail set. It looked like the same set he was playing in the clip under the "media" section of the cocktail drum lounge. Of course because he's Bernie Dresel, his playing was excellent just like the rest of the band.

I was quite surprised to see him using the cocktail set, I didn't think it was a regular thing for him to do. After talking to a few people who had seen Brian Setzer multiple times I was informed that the cocktail set is something Bernie plays at every show.

It was a really great show and worth the long trip. If any of you here at the lounge have a chance to go see the orchestra I would highly recommend it.
