TW Drum Company Cocktail Kit

Post by jmettam »

Moved from wrong topic:

If you are looking for a cocktail drum that is the ultimate design - where your snare sounds like a true snare AND you get the bass sound you need, check out the new TW Drum Company cocktail drums. STEVE FERRONE (Tom Petty) is endorsing my new cocktail drum. This new innovative design is going to be coming out at the PASIC show this next week in Louisville. If you are wanting to contact me call 1-615-824-2253 and I'll be glad to talk with you.

As Dinkus says (perhaps under the wrong topic as well):

Where can we find pics of this beast?

Yeah, lets see what sort of "innovation" you've got, I'm always interested in learning more...-PhattieD

Ronn Dunnett posted some great PASIC photos on his site, including this one:

I'm not sure if it's a TW - Dunnet didn't list the maker. Here's the rest of his photos:

Is it just me, or does that vented cocktail drum seem strikingly similar to MY kit? Hmmmm...

I'd be interested to hear more about this "ultimate design" - looks like we share some common philosophies....

looks like a copy

If you showed me that pic without telling me where the drum came from, I would just assume it was something Keith built. It looks like the drum on his site with a different finish and the holes in other locations.
