OT/ How do you download images

Hi guys
Can anyone in laymans terms exsplain to me how to add an images to a post .
I've place my drum images at Photobucket.
Now what do I do?

As you can see from the above post

I DID IT
This an old pic before I added some Bells& Whistles.
I play sitting down ALA Peter Erskin on "Lava Jazz" album. I've been a kit drummer to long not to use both feet.....I know it's cheatin.
