John - thank you for the excellent web site. I recenlty purchased a Gretsch cocktail
drum. It is very similar or if not the same as the one you have posted in your web site.
It is in excellent condition but without any accessories except for the pedal bracket
(I have recently purchased a DW 2000 pedal, it inverts and works quite well). How can
I obtain more information about this drum and the accessories that it would have. It
has the cymbal stand brackets and a female Walburg plate. How can I find more about
this particular drum and its accessories? Thanks again for this informative site.
As a drummer who has played Gretsch for over 30 years, this cocktail drum was a real
find at a purchase price of $50.00. So all you other cocktail drummers don't give up,
the finds are out there. Currently willing to purchase any hardware including original
pedal. Thanks again.
