I'm looking for info on the Ludwig Gold Coast kit. In particular when it was manufactured and if there were any variations in the hardware setup. <br>

The standard model appears to have the 'tom' (actually snare basket) mount located very close to the batter bass drum rim. I have seen some of these bass drums with a mount located dead center. I am wondering if the dead center mount is from a Gold Coast or just a custom small bass drum.<br>
