HB Drums Cocktail Kit

i just ordered a HB kit.....any one have experience or know about them?

first thing you will want to do is replace the bass pedal with a pulse pro. You can get them at musician's friend cheep. they work great and have velcro on the bottom of the pedal. All you need is a peice of carpet under your drum. No need on having the the pedal brace.

I just did a refinished an old cocktail drum and I stained it almost the same green ! I will post pics soon.

i look forward to the pics. this is a dark/forest green with silver/gold sparkles. looks better than the pics. and i liked the natural toms for contrast.

Hey there,

It looks like the Pulse Pro may be out of production.

I could only find it at Amazon. They are asking $60 and it says it is through Musicians Friend who do not have it on their site. These originally sold for $30. You might be better off spending that money on a different pedal that is a little higher quality.

Click the link at the top of this page and search for:

'pulse pro single kick pedal'

I added a couple of Pearl Pedals to the store that look god but I don't know of anyone who has done a conversion on them. I'll post in the other forum to see if anyone has.
