I am new here but I was thinking that this might be the place that might be able to help me out.
I used to play drums but had to give them up when my six piece set would not fit in my dorm room. So I took up guitar, but still kept my hands moving with a pair of sticks.
I just got a Slingerland Cocktail Drum. It has the snare wires inside, all hardward intact, all dampers work, and the color is silver sparkle. The main drum pedal area reads, "Slingerland" with nice fancy scroll around it, and the bottom part of the pedal reads, "Krupa." On the inside of the drum there is a stamp that reads, "November 13, 1958."
The thing is in amazing shape!
Could anyone give me a guess as to what this might be worth?

Sounds like a great set!
What you have is an old 'Gene Krupa' model pedal. The cool thing about those is they are designed to be reversable. There are little metal clips near where the beater attaches. You can unclip the piece that goes to the pedal board and move it to the other side of the beater. Then just flip the beater around. A very quick switch from 'regular' mode to 'cocktail' mode.
These originally came with the combo kits that had a switchable bass drum as well.

These are loose estimates but I have seen the Krupa pedal go for 100 - 150 with a Cocktail Drum mounting bracket. For some reason the older slingerland drums (mohagany shell, no badge) tend to go for less than the 60s models (all maple shell). The condition and finish also seem to make a big difference. Silver sparkle is no rare but it is a very nice finish! I would guess the drum alone would be in the $200 price range. Again it all depends, my impression is that a complete drum is also worth a bit more than parting it out so my final estimate (I feel like I'm on Antiques Roadshow) would be 300-400 for the whole thing assuming you have legs and a pedal bracket.
