I hate to interupt your thread but does anybody know; are the Yamaha Y.E.S.S mounts available seperatley? I would like to build a 12 X 5 Silver sparkle for my club Jordan set. I find the small snare drums difficult for clave, brushes, etc. Any help appreciated

I got one to mount a tombora. Works great! I also have one of theStage Custom snares. It is quite nice as well. A little bit crispy still but any drum that size (12") is.

Yea John, I am going to pick up a Yamaha stage custom 12 X 5 in natural. You can never have too many snare drums, especially at that price!. I still didn't find the mounts at music 1 2 3 but I did find them at Guitar Center, had to order the mount but I can wait. Will be using Cocktail at Crocker Galleria In S.F. I'll Post as soon as I know more details

It should be the only item that comes up. $12
The only thing not clear is of it comes with the YESS shock mounts or not. It looks to me like this is just the tom mount bracket itself designed to bolt right onto a drum shell.

The Yamaha tom mount and the YESS adaptor are sold seperately. The illustration is the tom mount, which attaches to the YESS mount (adaptor), which then attaches to the drum shell. It's all out there, I ordered one from Guitar Center. The screws and washers and a drilling guide all come with it. If I had the part numbers, I'd give them to you. Sorry.
