The new Collector's Series cocktail kit combines many of DW's patented innovations into one unique, travel-friendly set. From its distinct "woofer-tom" to its new Sidekick offset pedal design, no other cocktail kit offers such full, rich tom and bass drum tones. With the use of multiple DogBone clamps the kit can be easily transformed into almost any configuration imaginable. Hey all,
Hope everyone had a nice Christmas.
I have a DW Sidekick and it works great. However, I put it up and reversed a DW 5000 and like it alot better. It is easier to position. I sit on a tall stool and I can move the 5000 wherever I want it easier. I really liked the Sidekick until I tried the reversed pedal. That is what I use all the time now.
Also, if you get one, it doesn't come with a bag. In the book it says ALL 5000 series pedals come w/a bag. I had to call DW and go round & round with them and they finally sent me one.
