Slightly used 14" hi-hats for sale - $320. shipped. When Guitar Center and Music123 had them, they were $415. I bought these only weeks ago from online retailer (Long Island Drum Center). They were discontinued in June, I believe, and are becoming scarce. Laser engraved with Armand Zildjian's signature on the inside of both. A Zildjian & Cie Vintage ink stamped on outside of both, as well as normal Zildjian markings. Excellent condition.
The Zildjian website listed these as Thin top / Medium bottom. One online retailer (National Drum Supply) claimed they had a Thin pair (Zildjian part number A0422-T) and a Medium pair (A0422-M). That confused me, as I thought that Zildjian only offered one choice. The pair I have are obviously not Thin, but are Medium thickness.
A great set of hats, but too similar to the ones I already own and love. I was looking for something thinner for my second set. Post in if you're interested in buying. I check the site about once a week and will respond.
