I have a really nice set listed on ebay and had no idea you guys had a forum here so I thought I'd let you all know and I will bookmark you guys for further study as you have great pictures and a lot of info.
The set I have is or was, red glass glitter. I say was because it has a severe case of the measles. Premier made really well crafted drums, the interiors of the shells are like furniture grade with a varnish, so I guess when the moisture content of the shells got out, it had to go through the wrap, which was uncharacteristically thin when compared to other American manufacturers.
Set also comes with a bass drum, so you can play cocktail or a regular set up with one matching set. Comes with matching era cowbell and holder and hi-hat stand and drum key.
Premier's chrome is super high quality.
