I picked up a 14x24 red sparkle MELODY (Japan?) coctail drum. No internal snares (never had them) 2 of 3 leg mounts and an aux mount. has all its lugs and 2 rusty hoops.
I have a bunch of other toys dedicated to this project (toca synergy snare, claw mount)...that might make it more complete for you...
