Hey everyone My name is Grant i live in canada been drumming for awalie now and started building drums about a year ago i just build a cocktail drum had alot of fun doing it i took to 16" floor drums and put them together then i cover it with fun fur then i try it to see what it would sound like it sounded like chap i was pretty mad so i took a break and went on the web and that when i found this web page and i check out the construction part and that help me alot so THANK for everyone that put info there for people like me anyways i build a baffel and build 2 toms to go with the set and a rack system witch iam going to change i will send photos in as soon as get home ( iam at work right know)once again THANK-YOU for everyones input Grant

Hi Grant. Welcome to Cocktail Drum Heaven. I really like your kit with the fur - bet it sounds beefy... pun intended...

Seriously, it looks like a very sturdy set that can put out good volume. The double snares on the top are nifty. I'd bet they give you a really good snare drum sound.

after tuning my brains out the sound is so rich we mic them up and the kick is so big out of a little drum next will be a doulble kick drum kit covered in a cheetah fun fur so let the fur fly
