I know I'm new at this, but I had a real rough time playing my first gig standing. Before I got myself a true cocktail drum I would switch between sitting and standing. This past saturday I stood the entire gig.
This is like learning all over again. I give you guys credit, to gig on a regular basis with only a cocktail drum is tough. It takes one hell of a drummer to play a cocktail drum and do it well, I have alot to learn.
